Key Ledger is a local key management tool for office admins, property desks, store managers, school logistics teams, and small organizations. It helps replace fragile paper registers, unclear key numbering, hard-to-track overdue keys, and messy handovers. The app requires no login, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect user data. All key files, borrowing records, photos, reminders, and statistics are stored only on the user's device. It is suitable for one-time purchase, long-term use, and low-maintenance key ledger workflows. Main features: 1. Key files: record key name, ID, location, purpose, spare quantity, notes, and photos. Organize by area, cabinet, or door number. 2. Borrow and return log: record borrower, department, checkout time, expected return time, return status, and handler for a complete offline history. 3. Return reminders: set local reminders for unreturned keys, with overdue filters and today's due list. 4. ID search: quickly find keys by key ID, door number, borrower, or area without network access. 5. Handover reports: generate monthly or person-based summaries and copy them as handover text. 6.
