1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, password hash, language, account status, and verification information.
- Order information: product, amount, currency, order status, transaction identifier, timestamps, and download history.
- Technical and security information: session identifiers, browser or device information, security event data, and limited network information used to prevent abuse.
- Messages: information you send when requesting support or a refund.
Payment-card details are entered into Paddle's checkout and are not stored by YXC Code.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process and reconcile orders, deliver purchased files, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and act on consent where consent is required.
4. Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that operate the service. Paddle processes checkout, tax, payment, receipt, fraud, and refund information as merchant of record. Cloudflare provides website, database, file-storage, networking, and security infrastructure. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may operate in multiple countries.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies or similar storage needed to keep you signed in, protect requests, remember language preferences, and complete checkout. We may also receive essential transaction identifiers from Paddle. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may sign you out or interrupt store features.
6. Retention
We retain account and order records for as long as needed to provide purchases, keep financial and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Session, security, and download-link data may be kept for shorter periods. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to required records and backups.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, time-limited download links, and monitoring intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity, and some financial or security records must be retained by law.
9. Children
The store is intended for people who can legally enter into a purchase contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot provide valid consent under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
