Meeting Sign-In & Seating is an offline spreadsheet-style tool for administrative assistants, training organizers, and meeting coordinators. No login and no internet connection are required. You can manage attendee lists on your device, create sign-in sheets, seating charts, and meeting material checklists for internal meetings, training sessions, review panels, client receptions, and similar events. Key features include attendee entry and grouping, customizable sign-in fields, table and seat number planning, A4 print preview, PDF export, reusable meeting templates, local search, and local archiving. All data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to a server.
