Payment Request Ledger is an offline payment record tool for small teams and personal office work. You can log payment requests by project, vendor, or department, then track approval progress, expected payment dates, actual paid amounts, and receipt photos to reduce missed payments, repeated follow-ups, and month-end reconciliation confusion. All data is stored only on your device. No login is required, no internet connection is used, and no user data is collected. It is suitable for vendor payments, project reimbursement requests, administrative purchasing, service fee settlement, and other business scenarios that need long-term local records.
