Rental Ledger is an offline record keeper for small rental shops, tool rental desks, and event equipment teams. It requires no login and no network access. Equipment records, customer notes, rental orders, and fee details stay on the device. Create equipment files, record rental dates, return dates, daily rates, deposits, damage deductions, overdue fees, and inspection status. Filter by customer, equipment number, unreturned orders, or settled orders, then share rental handover notes and fee summaries.
