Seal Use Ledger is an offline record book for offices, administration teams, finance staff, and small teams that need a simple way to manage seal usage. Create seal profiles with names, numbers, custodians, storage locations, and notes. Register each usage with applicant, purpose, document name, copy count, date, and status. Track borrowed, returned, and overdue items, search by seal number or applicant, and review monthly usage summaries. No login or network connection is required. The app does not collect or upload user data. All seal files and usage records stay on the device.
