Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Products and delivery

We sell downloadable source-code packages and the documentation described on each product page. Product descriptions, supported platforms, features, and included files may differ by product. After payment is confirmed, the purchased package is delivered through a time-limited download link in your order page. You may request another valid link while the paid order remains eligible for download.

3. License

Unless a product page states different license terms, a completed purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to inspect, modify, compile, and use that source code in your own end product, including a commercial end product.

• You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or distribute the original source package or a substantially similar source-code template.
• You may not make the source package available in a repository or service accessible to unauthorized people.
• You may not claim ownership of third-party libraries, media, trademarks, or other materials included under their own licenses.
• One purchase covers the purchaser and people working directly on that purchaser's end product. A separate purchase may be required for unrelated clients or products.

4. Payments, taxes, and Paddle

Paddle processes checkout and acts as merchant of record for purchases made through this website. Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Paddle may calculate taxes, issue receipts, apply fraud checks, and process refunds according to the transaction, applicable law, and its buyer terms. Your order is fulfilled only after we receive reliable confirmation that payment completed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or products to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or obtain products without valid payment. Automated scraping, credential sharing, and abuse of download links are prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The website, product listings, original source code, documentation, design, and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your purchase provides the license described above and does not transfer copyright, trademarks, or other ownership rights.

7. Updates, compatibility, and App Store review

A purchase includes the version and materials described at the time of sale. Future updates or support are included only when the product page expressly says so. Development tools, operating systems, third-party services, and App Store requirements change over time, so we do not promise permanent compatibility or approval by Apple or any other marketplace.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided as described on the product page and otherwise on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and adapting code before releasing it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, payment reversals, or a material breach of these terms. License rights may terminate for an uncured material breach. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment, and liability provisions, continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the store or law changes. The updated date will appear above. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
