Doc Ledger Manager is an offline incoming and outgoing document registration tool for administrative offices, archivists, and small organizations. It helps replace paper logbooks and scattered spreadsheets with a local document ledger. Core features include incoming document registration, outgoing document registration, automatic numbering, processing status tracking, archive location records, attachment photos, local search, and PDF export. You can record sender organization, document number, title, received date, handler, and deadline for incoming documents. For outgoing documents, you can record issue number, recipient organization, signer, issue date, and archive location. Numbering rules can be based on year, category, and serial number to reduce duplicate numbers and make records easier to hand over. Processing status can be marked as pending, in progress, completed, or archived, helping offices track document flow. Attachment photos can store covers, signed receipt pages, or archive proof. Local search lets you quickly find records by title, document number, organization, or handler. The app requires no login, no network access, and does not collect or upload user data. All records, photos, and exported files are stored locally on your device, suitable for personal or internal office ledger management.
